The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Finest Are Not the Only Fans Who Boo About Their Show

Why are ‘Real Housewives” biggest fans booing one of its stars?

The housewives of WLS-TV do not hold back when it comes to being critical of one another, and their opinions are far from the only ones that matter. When it comes to the feuds that make up the group’s reality show, WLS-TV’s most vocal critics are in fact one of its biggest fans. In fact, according to one viewer of the show, the people cheering for one of its housewife stars may be the same ones booing her on purpose.

On the October 25 episode of the WLS-TV show “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Atlanta resident Amber Culp found herself in the middle of a heated argument with longtime love interest Janice Griffiths (played by Carla Anthony). Culp began tussling with Griffiths, and the two women ended up in the middle of a fight. In the heat of the moment, Culp ended up tackling Griffiths and taking the fight outside, where Culp’s fellow WLS-TV housewives started to intervene.

When Culp’s fellow “Real Housewives” fanatics finally got the upper hand, they shouted “Boo!” at “Atlanta’s Finest.” While the women’s actions may have been justified as an act of self-defense and retribution, others disagree. The former Georgia State University student told The Huffington Post that it would be interesting to see if an argument like this between TV viewers could escalate into something worse, like someone being violently attacked.

“The thing about these women,” Culp told The Huffington Post, “is they always want to go back to being ‘Reality Stars.’ I wish they would just give up what they do and just do a weekly show on some other network!”
